Aromas of ripe straw and limestone, the palate displays lemon sherbert/barley water, with leesy texture mid-palate. Extends to a finish with ripe natural acidity and dryness. The wine is aged in a 50% stainless/50% 400l Vosges regime with four months batonnage. Grown on 15-45 y.o. vines at 500m altitude on Alvaros Quinta da Saes property.
