About this product

Sparrows premium aged rum is a smooth, elegant flavoured, golden spirit with a hint of molasses. Sparrows is distilled in a modern 2 column still from a wash of Guyanese molasses fro 36 hours. After distillation is is left to mellow in once used Kentucky bourbon barrels for up to 7 years.

Great to see some of the Caribbean Rums becoming more available. Fabulous Rum. Great taste and not evil the next day. Sparrow's Rum, Lime and Soda - great finish to any day.

This is another smooth rum from the same distillery as produces my favourite, Captain Bligh. I enjoy Captain Bligh a little more but this is a nice change and it has a little more taste. A very fantastic rum that I always enjoy.
