About this product

Chateau dAydie have renowned critics such as Robert Parker claiming they are one of the best producers of red wines in southwest France. Fabulously rich and full-bodied, sensuous and ripe. Lovely now but clearly this will only improve with time. As delicious with spicy and garlicky barbecued sausages, steak and grilled duck breasts in summer as it is with cassoulet in winter.
