Dry, Full Bodied style of SyrahPairs well with LambProduced in a drinkable fruit forward and rich style. Aged 18 months in French oak cooperage to develop a well rounded wine with firmly structured tannins for delicious drink ability. Varietal mouth filling creamy texture with big red berry cherry fruit. Aromas of blackberry, cedar, blueberry and sweet light oak introduce fresh, bright, spicy flavours of the same laced with firm tannins that carry through the long finish.
