As one of the Artisans of Barossa, Jason Schwarz specializes in small batch winemaking and the promotion and protection of the Barossa and it sub regions. This Grenache (50%), Shiraz (30%) and Mataro (20%) has a rich nose with plums, anise and spices. The palate has velvety, supple texture, concentrated plum, mulberry, hints of ginger, licorice and exotic spice, fine grain tannins and a long finish.
