This Rose is very much a dry Provencal style. Light, vibrant salmon pink. Nose, red fruit aromas jump from the glass. Palate soft, fresh with a savoury finish. Cherry, strawberry and splashes of blood orange. The soft texture flows with bright acidity, citrus peel tannin structure and a distinct savoury, lingering finish.
