Crafted from low‑yielding old vines and matured in Yalumba’s signature octaves (100‑litre oak barrels), Octavius is renowned for its depth and power, offering concentrated dark fruits, spice, fine tannins and impressive ageing potential. Complementing this centrepiece are 5 bottles of Yalumba Vat 11 Grenache, sourced from some of the Barossa’s oldest Grenache vines. Medium‑bodied and refined, Vat 11 shows vibrant red fruits, subtle spice and a savoury, silky finish, highlighting Yalumba’s long-standing Grenache expertise.
