A true aperitif style sparkling wine that blends the rich strawberry lift and fine mousse of Pinot Noir with the nectarine, cashew and biscuity Chardonnay characters.

The Croser late disgorged 2008 vintage has a complex nose of honey, orange peel and baked apples. The palate is rich and creamy with honey, cashew, zesty marmalade and citrus fruits.
