Ingredients;
40mL Irish whiskey
20mL sweet vermouth
20mL Green Chartreuse
2 dashes orange bitters
Orange twist, to garnish
Ice
Method;
Add orange bitters, sweet vermouth, Green Chartreuse and Irish whiskey to a mixing glass
Add ice and stir briskly until chilled, then strain into a Martini glass
Garnish with an orange twist
