50mL light rum
25mL lime juice
20mL sugar syrup
1 cheek diced fresh mango
3/4 cup of ice
Lime wheel, to garnish
Cocktail cherry, to garnish
Method:
Add light rum, lime juice, sugar syrup, mango and ice to a blender
Blend until smooth
Pour into a glass
Garnish with lime wheel and cocktail cherry
