Ingredients:
15ml Lime Juice
6-8 Mint Leaves
30ml Irish Whiskey
120ml Dry Apple Cider
Garnish: Mint Sprigs and Lime Wheel
Method:
To a tall collins glass, add honey syrup, mint leaves, lime juice and irish whiskey.
Press and mix all ingredients with a bar spoon gently to xpress oils from mint leaves into mix.
Add apple cider and fill large tall glass with ice.
Garnish with mint sprigs and lime wheel.
