Ingredients:
6-8 Mint Leaves
3 Cucumber Slices
25ml Lime Juice
20ml Sugar Syup
50ml Spiced Rum
Dash of Soda Water
Garnish: Mint Sprigs and Cucumber Slices
Method:
To a mixing tin, add mint leaves, cucumber slices, lime juice, sugar syrup and spiced rum.
Add ice and shake vigorously and briefly.
Double-strain into a large tumbler glass and top with soda water.
Add ice.
Garnish with mint sprigs and cucumber slices.
