Ingredients:
30ml Vanilla Vodka
15ml Coffee Liqueur (Tia Maria preferred)
15ml Dark Crème de Cacao Liqueur
30ml Cream
1⁄2 Egg Yolk
1 tbsp Mascarpone Cheese
Garnish: Whipped Cream
Garnish: Cocoa Powder
Method:
To a mixing tin, add, Egg Yolk, Mascarpone Cheese, Cream, Dark Creme de Cacao Liqueur, Coffee Liqueur and Vanilla Vodka and shake vigorously, without Ice.
Add ice to tin, shake and fine strain into Coupe/Martini Glass.
Finish with Whipped Cream and a generous dusting of Cocoa Powder.
