Ingredients:
7.5ml Agave Syrup
10ml Lime Juice
20ml Grapefruit Juice (pink)
45ml Reposado Tequila
90 - 120ml Pink Grapefruit Soda
Garnish: Salt Rim and Grapefruit Wedge
Method:
To a mixing tin, add Agave Syrup, Lime Juice, Grapefruit Juice (pink) and Tequila
Add ice and shake vigorously and briefly
Strain into Collins Glass
Add ice
Top with Grapefruit Soda
Garnish with Salt rimmed glass and Grapefruit Wedge
