Recipe:
10mL sugar syrup
2 dashes bitters
15mL amaretto
45mL Scotch
1 whole egg
Ice
Nutmeg, to garnish
Method:
Add sugar syrup, bitters, amaretto, Scotch and the egg to a cocktail shaker.
Seal, then shake vigorously.
Add ice, shake again, then strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a light grating of nutmeg.
