Recipe:
15mL sugar syrup
15mL lemon juice
25mL gin
Ice
Champagne
Lemon peel, to garnish

Method:
Add sugar syrup, lemon juice, gin and ice to a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously, then strain into a Champagne flute.
Top flute with Champagne.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
