2 dashes bitters
10mL sugar syrup
50mL dark rum
Ice
Orange peel, to garnish
Method:
Add bitters, sugar syrup, dark rum and ice to a cocktail shaker.
Stir all ingredients until chilled, then strain into a frozen tumbler filled with ice.
Garnish with an orange peel.
