Quattro punch recipe
120mL Gin
4 Stonefruits
100g Icing Sugar
100ml Water
360mL Prosecco
60mL Lemon Juice
8 dashes of Bitters
Ice
Add icing sugar and water into a large vessel and stir.
Cut your stonefruits into wedges and place them in the vessel.
Let mixture sit for at least an hour.
Add prosecco, bitters, ice and lemon juice, then stir.
Serve punch in small glasses topped with ice and garnished with a wedge of stonefruit.
