Ventiterre Soave

This Italian white wine from the northern region of Veneto is light and fresh with just a hint of floral lemony creaminess making it a perfect accompaniment to any antipasto seafood or lighter style pasta dish. This wine shows straw-yellow colour with appealing, brilliant reflections. On the nose it offers scents of white flowers, combined with those of slightly green apples. It is a wine of great elegance, offering aromas of good intensity, superbly balanced and persistent, with a delicate aftertaste. This is ideal as an aperitif, or when matched with hors-d'oeuvres, fish or vegetarian soups, crustaceans and boiled seafood.
