Geelong Sauvignon Blanc

Pale lemon in colour with fresh aromas of gooseberry, guava and passionfruit on the nose giving way to intense tropical flavours with a crisp, dry finish. This handpicked and whole-bunch pressed drop has a finish of lingering acidity. The wine was finished in French oak barrels and left on lees which were stirred to add a creamy and textural flavour.
