Light, crisp and elegant. Perfect to drink on its own and pairs well with seafood and white meats and salads.

A bit jumpy and bitey on day one, but settled nicely on day two. Dry, clean and a bit salty. Not sweet. A great alternative to the flood of grenache based Southern French on the market. Good value if you buy as part of a six. Nice understat
