I'm starting to get heavy into pairing wines with foods.... There's an Italian style pasta dish I've started making with Linguine, anchovies, garlic, lemon and basil. This Pinot Grigio pairs lovely with it. Clean, crisp, acidic, nice hit

So yummy, despite being so cheap. This is a great drink to keep stashed away in your fridge, to bring out when a quick one drink is all that is needed.... and drink it cold. Love it!
