Sourced from the Strathbogie Ranges, more evidence of how many regions are discovering just how well they can do Riesling (in fairness, others have already trodden this path here). Cold fermentation in tanks, as is traditional, this is a taut, coiled Riesling, pale lemon in hue. Notes of citrus, notably grapefruit, florals, bath salts and herbal notes. A little fresh green apple and overall good punchy aromatics. This is a slightly more burly style of Riesling than most, but the highlight here is the waves of flavour. Enjoy now and for the next four to eight years.
