Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon is capable of amazing things when in the right hands, especially coupled with near perfect vintage conditions and that's exactly what we have here! Amazing concentration but the fruit doesn't dare encroach on a 'jammy' spectrum. Rather, it's perfectly poised with a harmonious balance and a touch of elegance to match. Classic black current, cassis and sweet blueberry dominate the fruit profile, with a hint of autumn leaf and capsicum with fine varietal tannin to finish.
