Forest floor, red cherry, baked rhubarb and pickled plum. Autumn leaves, terra cotta and dried thyme. An attractive amaro bitterness with tobacco, nutmeg and cinnamon quill. Acidity is perky, edging toward sour red cherries. Savoury tones in the mid palate.
