Look; Burnt golden amber.

Nose; Toasted pecan, toffee, and vanilla.

Taste; Warm caramel, butterscotch, macadamia, rich oily mouth feel.

Finish; Long, generous with plenty of depth and vanilla.

I found this whiskey through a friend which turns out has won a ton of awards. For a cask strength I was surprised at how affordable it was. Taste wise - amazing! super complex yet still approachable for something that's over 63%. Worth a c

This had some great flavours, I dont really drink single malt so this was apealing to me. It tasted real good neat then I added a bit of water and it got even better. Its nice to see a great aussie whisky that not just Tasmanian.
