About this product

Aromas of sweet fruit, sherry roasted nuts, baked toffee warm butterscotch, complex sweet leather oak. Tast offers full sherry, balanced oak sweet barley, oily complex with late caramelised peat. Medium to Long finish with notes of sherried old oak.

One of the very few Aussie single malts that just sticks to producing things that are actually drinkable. Well done! 900 Standard is an amazing sherry bomb.

The whisky is well rounded. The nose magnificent , the arrival is heavenly. Bourbon tones sweet toasted barrels impart impart a flavour profile that rivals most Aussie whiskies . It is youthful there are grassy notes on the back end in a go
