Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazThis wine has the classic dark cherry, dried herbs and spice aromas that you would expect from the southern part of the Barossa. The palate has intense dark berry flavours wrapped up with mouthcoating chocolaty texture ; think black forest cake. The other hallmark of this vineyard is the acidity which gives length and persistence to the palate and longevity to the wine.
