Made from shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and sauvignon blanc, that leans towards the savoury side. Bright citrus and grapefruit pith upfront but then dried herbs and spice to finish. Deliciously dry, perfect for anytime of year. The Pyren vineyard is located in Warrenmang, North-West of Melbourne. They focus on wines made with a sense of place and character.
