Pale gold/light straw. A refined style with grapefruit granny smith apple aromas with yeasty flinty notes. Well concentrated and pure with grapefruit, yeasty, flavours, underlying toasty complexity and long refreshing acidity. A lovely elegant champagne style with beautiful detail and mineral length.
