Hunter Valley Semillon

First Creek Wines is a family owned and operated winery based in the Hunter Valley, Australia's oldest wine producing region. The family of winemakers comprises of Liz, Shaun and Greg Silkman whose emphasis on careful fruit selection and rigorous attention to detail.


The fruit was crushed and pressed in the cool of the night to retain natural acidity and fresh aromatics. Fermented with a neutral yeast and bottled in early April to retain bright acidity and freshness. An excellent current vintage Semillon whilst still rewarding those who cellar. Crisp, fresh lemon and lime aromas. A palate to match, complimented with long grapefruit acidity.
