WoodlandsNicolas Cabernet Sauvignon 2007
About this product
One of the early pioneers of the Margaret River region, Woodlands' vineyards date back to 1973. As curator of these historic vineyards, Stuart & Andrew Watson have firmly re-established Woodlands into the top echelon of Margaret River producers. Their flagship Cabernet Sauvignon is named after a family member or family friend each year, with the 2007 named 'Nicolas'. Powerful characters of rich berry fruit on the palate of the 2007, finished with long grained tannins and tremendous length. Still a very focused wine, considerable time in the cellar will allow it to broaden and develop.
