Beautifully fruited and lifted, the fragrant bouquet shows pineapple, nectarine, rockmelon and floral aromas, followed by a succulent palate that is fleshy and silky. The wine offers excellent fruit purity and intensity, wonderfully enhanced by juicy mouthfeel, leading to a lingering tasty finish. At its best: now to 2019.

The O:TU pinot gris is an accurate rendition of the true gris style, with textural, well weighted nashi pear and apple flavours. The wine shows balance, length and freshness. It's a great all-rounder and will match well with many dishes.
