Cyril Henschke made the first single-vineyard Shiraz wine from this vineyard in 1958 from handpicked grapes vinified in traditional open-top fermenters. Henschke Hill of Grace Shiraz displays a bouquet of rose petals, cassis and violets. The palate is fruit driven, with a hint of oak and tobacco. Full bodied and impeccably balanced.
