A cut above the general run of New Zealand "savvys", the O:TU impresses with a zesty fresh attack of perfectly ripened gooseberry fruit and fresh, almost sea spray influenced, crackling citrus freshness. It's bracing and crunchy and shows good intensity of flavour.

An intensely aromatic sauvignon; the immediately appealing bouquet shows passionfruit, grapefruit, lemon zest and feijoa characters. The palate is concentrated and powerfully expressed, delivering loads of tasty fruit flavours backed by fine texture and bright acidity. Pristine and hugely appealing. At its best: now to 2019
