Grant Burge, a household name because it only source from the premium vineyards around Australia. Their new non vintage Cuvée is a combination of bottle fermented wine blending with a portion of tank fermented one. This gives the wine the yeasty bready characters that frames the vibrant citrus and red apples on the nose. The natural acidity on the finish makes it an ideal aperitif.
