Winemaker Bill Calabria his dedicated team, have produced this premium semillon from high quality low yielding fruit. Vibrant characters of crisp apples, lemons and buttered-toast. The textured palate gives way to a balanced, lingering acidity. Enjoy with freshly shucked oysters or grilled fish with lemon butter sauce.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
