Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.

Fine and elegant, the wine shows Gala apple, nectarine and lemon peel aromas on the nose with a hint of nougat. The palate displays juicy fruit flavours with linear mouth feel and fine texture, well framed by bright acidity, making it charming and immediately approachable. At its best: now to 2028.
