StoneleighWild Valley Sauvignon Blanc
About this product
The ultimate expression of minimal intervention winemaking philosophy, this wine is wild fermented by the micro-flora that occur naturally in the Rapaura environment. This gives the wine a richer, more textural palate with a generous mouthfeel that balances out the acidity. Exhibiting the distinctive citrus and passionfruit aromas and flavours expected from Stoneleigh, this wine also has hints of nectarine, making it the perfect accompaniment to a range of dishes.

Stoneleigh Wild Valley Marlborough NZ, Sauvignon Blanc: Wild fermentation being called out in the name, and the style shows it handsomely. A textured and multi layered mouthfeel of infinitely more detail than otherwise expected; fresh guava, tropicals, gooseberry and with light lanolin notes. Really engaging drinking.
