Crafted with Australian white wine, blood orange, bitters and sparkling water. Bursting with the juicy blood orange and balanced by the complexity of bitters, for a moreish and refreshing bittersweet finish. Best enjoyed in a glass with lots of ice, a wedge of lime.

This is a refreshing spritz that is not super sweet but more tangy. . Easy to drink with ice and a slice of lime or orange!!

I have loved this drink since I sampled it several years ago at The Good Food and Wine Show in Melbourne. It's not heavily carbonated or too sweet, just right for me. Perfect all year round, but especially refreshing on a hot day.
