Château Haut-Bailly

Awarded the title of Cru Classé des Graves, Chateau Haut Bailly is an emblematic estate of the Pessac-Leognan appellation of Bordeaux which has always believed in the creation of great red wines that pursue the highest levels of quality. Obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc grapes, it is the result of precise and careful vinification in all its phases, plot by plot, thanks to a cutting-edge cellar, and of a refinement which takes place half in new oak barrels. Intense ruby red in color, it reveals a bouquet of red fruit aromas on the nose. On the palate it proves to be a balanced and seductive wine, with elegant tannins. It is perfect for pairing red meat dishes and mature cheeses.
