The Cape Barren Goose was once thought close to extinction, today they remain one of the world’s rarest bird. Our Rare Bird Shiraz showcases the unique terroir of McLaren Vale and is as rare as it’s namesake.

This Shiraz is a complex mix of power and elegance. Rich in texture and bursting with dark berry flavours, the wine lingers long on the palate with fine silky tannins.

A magnificent Shiraz albeit expensive. I would certainly recommend to others if you want a very smooth wine however, I was surprised to see it had a wax seal and cork ! I haven't had to pull a cork in years so I was surprised when I opened
