Semillon from the organically managed Yungarra vineyard on the Yallingup hillside is hand-harvested in the morning when temperatures are cool.Whiffs of green pear, sea spray, bay leaf, Meyer lemon. Flavours similar with a faint as can be tang of white balsamic, lifting things nicely. Zesty, juicy, pure feeling. Vibrant white wine of easy drinking and quite a kindred feel to those seaside whites that many of us love to drink. Indeed, pass me the anchovies and sardines in cans, thanks.
