Generous yet elegant and well-structured with a long, delectable finish. At its best: now to 2031.

This finely crafted Chardonnay has been sourced from a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills with fermentation in stainless steel tanks. A bright yellow hue, a fresh style with stonefruits most evident at this early stage. Figs and peaches complimented by spices like vanilla, that are ever so slightly noticeable. The stonefruit notes continue on the palate. A lean, elegant style with good focus and an appealingly supple texture. Very good length, this should provide pleasure over the next four to six years. A Chardonnay of finesse.
