About this product

Chablis Vieilles Vignes come from parcels beside the village of Fontenay-pres-Chablis, at the heart of Chablis’ vineyards. Grown on steep hills with stony Kimmeridgian limestone soils, these vines boast an average age of 50 years. Crafted to reveal the terroir’s essence, this wine undergoes 18 months of maturation, ensuring a blend of power, minerality, and elegance. It presents fresh, fruity flavors of white fruits and delicate citrus notes, complemented by a distinctive salinity.
