Applejacks is a category blurring hybrid of Cider cut with Vodka. The inspired collaboration of Premium New Zealand Cider and infamous vodka label, 42BELOW was conjured up to combat the face-pulling sweetness often associated with other ciders. Ginger Jive is made with Jazz apples – known for their zingy taste – and has a dry apple upfront and a lengthy kick of ginger spice.

I tried this on a whim and absolutely loved it. Suitable to drink if you enjoy dry apple cider, but like a subtle flavour twist. This could be my new favourite drink.
