About this product

Grown at Lenswood. A warm winter with low rainfall prompted early budburst. Average temperatures during spring and summer slowed ripening. Hand-picked on the 8th of March, wild yeast fermented in open fermenter, 44% whole bunch, pressed to barrel and matured for 11 months in French oak (22% new, Francois Freres). Unfined.
