Kimberly Moon Aged White Rum 750mL

Hoochery Kimberley Moon white rum is created using Australian grown sugar cane, traditional small vat fermentation and pot distilled through a double pot still. The cane spirit is then matured in 300Lt oak barrels and blended with monsoonal rainwater and hand bottled at the distillery in the Ord River valley of Western Australia.
