The 2000 was a blend of 71% Cabernet, 11% Malbec, 9% Merlot, 6% Shiraz and 3% Cabernet Franc producing a wine that has a dark and dense palate of blackberry and plum. Silken tannin on the finish only hightens this truly elegant wine.
