About this product

Peter Lehmann's flagship Shiraz, the Stonewell, is a classic Barossan. Full bodied, it displays deeply concentrated and vibrant aromas of blackcurrants and red berries underscored by chocolate and cedar oak. Hints of mint and briar came on the way to a finish of wonderfully soft tannins. Stonewell Shiraz uses the best batches of each vintage from various growers across the Barossa Valley. Continuing on the pattern of the 'even' vintages proving to be best during the late 1990s and early 2000s, the 2002 is a truly magnificent Stonewell. With a decade in bottle under its belt, only now is this Stonewell hitting its high notes.
